Like the Banana Republics, instead of a few dictators taking all the spoils from their small country,
the USA now has an opportunity to "buy and build the world (outside of America)" for a few super rich.
In order to do that, they need to fleece the country and the workers of their jobs, homes, pension plans, health care, and ever increasing taxable income, and fees everywhere.
Since they are no longer building or educating Americans, they must "entertain" Americans to keep them busy, happy and distracted while
expanding their debt to keep them spending since there are fewer and fewer jobs. 
Is “Debtor Prison” coming back to America? (Maybe, with Delaware Banker VP Joe Biden (voting with the Republicans) in the White house to increase interest debt and take away home protection of the citizens.)

If history repeats itself, then it is only a matter of time until the people rise up against the rich/dictators,
and teach them the lessons of history.

Dictators need to look like a "Democracy" with "Rule of Law"
so that the Rich control the government,
