IAED - International Agency for Economic Development depends on donations from many concerned individuals and corporations -- people who want to build and participate in our programs and provide essential funds for its work. IAED needs your financial support. We also invite you to become active in our work as a member, advisor or volunteer. We are trying to help the UN countries. We are in contact every week with them. The gifts of many people, from countries worldwide, have helped us build this quality web site and launch many innovative programs at the United Nations and in Countries worldwide.

IAED needs your help to:

• keep this site constantly updated with new information and analysis of Global Strategy as it impacts economic and social development, especially of Developing Countries.
• monitor and apply advocacy at the United Nations in New York, Geneva and Vienna.
• continue to videotape and provide volunteer and consultative related services to the United Nations.
• provide speakers to organizations and universities and news commentary to the mass media.
• build stronger networks of NGOs and people's organizations linked to the United Nations:
  • continue to develop and expand the "NGO Global Network" website for EXECOM-The Non-Governmental Organizations Associated with the United Nations Department of Information.
  • continue to develop and expand the "CONGO" website for CONGO- Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
• organize and conduct many Global Forums like IAED's Ghana, Africa forum on "The Uses of Science and Technology to Speed-up the Development of the Developing Countries."
• supporting and implementing the concept of "partnership with civil society." analyze key issues in the global debate about economic and social policy, in this era of rapid worldwide economic integration.
• working closely with countries in the economic and social development and the management of their countries macro and mico-economic development challenges.
• continue proving by example that the corporations (the private sector) can be a viable partner...with values, sensitivity, fairness and positive long term sustainable development activities.

IAED has gained a reputation as an action organization. We enjoy a solid "track record" of accomplishments at the United Nations and in countries since 1990. But enormous opportunities and challenges lie ahead in a world of rapid change, expanding global problems, and worsening conditions for the majority of people on this planet.
